Price are subject to variation without notice and goods are invoiced at the prices ruling
on the date of delivery.
All accounts are strictly “30 Days” all goods are sold on the basis of “full payment’. Accounts 45 days in arrear will put on stop supply.
DELIVERY CHARGES
All orders over $150.00+GST in the Brisbane metropolitan area will be free into store.
All orders over $150.00+GST for the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Northern Rivers of New South Wales will be free into store.
Orders under $150+GST for Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Northern Rivers of New South Wales will incur delivery fee.
All other areas are as per agreement with your Arto Representative.
RETURNS POLICY
Applicant(s) hereby acknowledge & authorise Arto and or/its authorised Agents to go onto the property to retake possession of goods in default of payment.
FAULTY GOODS/INCORRECT SUPPLY CLAIM
Any claim on Arto Series Design for faulty goods or incorrect supply must be made within 3 working days of receipt of goods. Arto Series Design will arrange for goods to be collected by a sales representative or freight company.
WARRANTY
Proof of purchase or builder handover document must be presented to obtain warranty service, prior to any claims.Accessories 12 month replacement parts
Bath 10 year & 1 year labour
Mixer 5 year cartridge replacement parts & 1 year labour
Stanless steel mixer 10 year cartridge replacement parts & 1 year labour
The cover under any Warranty will be provided for nomal use of the goods only and defects in the goods caused by improper use, improper installation, damage caused by installatin, improper care of goods or failure to observe any one or more of the following will not be covered by the warranty.
The Manufacturer's warranty does not cover installation by an unlicensed installer. The Manufacturer's warranty does not cover goods that have been subjected to adverse conditions or chemical
cleaning products such as products containing high levels of chlorine.
Should any warranty claim be made and attended by the Manufacturer or his agent and in attendance the Manufacturer or agent determines that the problem arises from the incorrect installation or use of the goods in conjunction with products of another manufacturer or from some other cause other than a mnufacturing defect of the goods for which the Manufacturer is responsible, the Manufacturer reserves the right to charge a service fee for each service staff attending the owners presmises or place where the product/s have been installed. Where the Manufacturer's product is coupled with another companies product, the Manufacturer's warranty only covers the Manufacturer's product.
Where product has been installed and a manufacturing fault is claimed, the company will at their discretion arrange for a service call to inspect or correct any fault or advise on the nature of the fault, consumer/and user or the licensed installer where applicable, provided however, that if, on inspection, the fault is caused by incorrect installation or other non-product cause, no responsibility for rectification will be undertaken by the company and service fee of $150.00 will be payable.
Arto Series Design is limited at its option to one or more of the following to:
Replacement of the goods or parts or supply of euivalent goods.
Repair of the goods.
Payment of reasonable costs of having the goods repaired.
Regardless of interim service within the warranty period, the warranty period shall expire after the designated period above from date of original purchase. Customer must provide a copy of the purchase receipt as proof of purchase to obtain warranty service.
Warranty service is conditonal upon being provided during normal working hours and all warranty service is to be actioned by the Manufacturer or their agents.
